I have Wainwright ancestors also, in western Wicomico County. Have you seen the book by Emerson Roberts called "Wainwright and Related Families"? It was written back in 1935, but Archive.org has a copy you can read online here: https://archive.org/details/wainwrightrelate00robe_0/page/n5/mode/2up
