Taylor-Malone connection

I'm looking for any information on Susan Malone, a daughter of William & Julia. She was born about 1838 in Somerset Co. She appears in the 1860 census (Trappe District) as a Malone. According to my great grandfather's death cert. & funeral record (William Housea Taylor), Susan Malone was his mother, and Joseph Taylor was his father. William was born in December 1864 in the Siloam/Fruitland area. I've been unsuccessful in locating marriage or death records for Joseph and Susan. Any help is much appreciated.

So I *think* this might be the Sidney Taylor that married Miranda Malone in 1860.

I’ve spent the last 9 months trying to figure out who the parents are of my 4th great grandfather, John Taylor. While I’ve had no luck, I’ve got a very large file of the Taylor’s that I have organized. I’ll comb through this and see if I can find anything else for you!

If anyone stumbles on John Taylor, the bricklayer in 1850 Salisbury, let me know

Thank you Jennifer. I haven't found any mention of Joseph Taylor, even in area cemeteries. Of course, Joseph may not have been his first name.
